I had an injection in my back for spinal stenosis September 26,2008 and e days later I started nausea and dizziness. After 2 days the nausea feeling stopped, but the dizziness continued and my doctor felt I had a reaction to the dye. It is now almost a week and I still have a little dizziness, but I feel it is much better. not lasting and it passes quickly. How long do you think this will take before it is flushed out of my system?
My kidneys do not work at 100% and I realize it might take longer than usual.
Thank you for your input
I am 84 yr old female

Sometimes because the injection is in the spinal spaces that in itself can cause the dizziness. It is part of your whole central nervous system. Did you notify your MD,he may be able to help and rember dont chang position too quickly and when you go from lying to standing sit on the edge of the bed for a little while first and it may help cut down on the dizziness. Hope you feel better. XD
