I have to admit that I never thought depression would be such a major problem for me, but I guess menopause does not care much about your wishes and desires. So I have been using Lexapro for a while and it helped and now I would like to stop with it but I need to know what diet to take for lexapro withdrawal?

I never had this kind of problem with my menopause, although my moods were changing every 10 minutes. But my sister was in a similar situation and I know that she has been taking magnesium/calcium citrate in liquid form and I think she also used vitamin C with prolonged release. And Omega 3 too can help with depression.
