what does xray result: PTB bilateral with signs of loss volume mean?

It mean she likely has pulmonary tuberculosis.  It is a serious lung infection.  She has also lost lung capacity - can't breathe as well as she could.  Scarring from ptb is permanent.  She will never regain that capacity.

She needs to see her doctor for immediate treatment.  Treatment is antibiotics over a long period of time, usually 3-6 months or more.

She is also likely contagious.
