This exercise is relaxing if you feel pain in the arch of your foot or plantar fasciitis.

To perform it you will need a tennis ball or something similar.

Roll foot on a tennis ball and press on each tender spot for at least 30 seconds.

You can also have a sit on the chair and instead of using tennis ball you can use frozen 20 ounce bottle and roll it back and forth under the arch. That will ice plantar fasciitis and stretch the area.
