This exercise is great for triceps and chest. You can perform it without any equipment.

Kneel on the floor, hands on the floor and place them closer than shoulder width apart, so shoulders are directly over hands. Legs are straight, knees are off the floor. Body forms a straight line from ankles to shoulders and remains that way throughout the exercise. Neck is in the line with the body and you are facing toward the floor. Toes and arms are carrying all the weight.
