This exercise is great for your lower back. To perform it you will only need an exercise mat.
Lie face down on the exercise mat. Your arms are stretched out directly overhead.
Raise your left leg as high as possible, hold in that position and return to starting position. Raise your right leg as high as possible, hold in that position and return to starting position.
Inhale as you raise your body and exhale as you lower the body to the ground.
