This exercise is great for biceps and your forearms. To perform this exercise you will need two dumbbells.
While standing shoulder width apart, hold two dumbbells at arm's length and stand straight up. Keep your upper arms against your side at all times. Turn your palms up and curl both dumbbells up toward your shoulder.
Raise dumbbells and when you reach the top, rotate your wrists so your palms face straight down. Return to starting position by rotating wrists.
