This exercise is great for your shoulders. To perform it you will need dumbbells.
Stand relaxed and upright with your feet shoulder width apart. Place dumbbells in your hands with your palms facing backward. Throughout the exercise maintain a slight bent in your elbows, but your arms should be straight.
Lift both dumbbells in front of you in a wide arc until dumbbells are slightly higher than shoulder height. In a slow and controlled motion return dumbbells to starting position.
