This exercise is great for legs. To perform it you will need an elastic band and an exercise mat.

Lie on an exercise mat and place an elastic band in the middle of feet. Knees are forming 90 degree angle. Head is slightly lifted. Hold bands next to your ears.

Fully extend legs from starting position. When extended, legs form 30 degree angle with the floor. Repeat this motion.

Inhale as you bring legs in 90 degree angle position in knees and exhale as you extend them.
