This exercise is great for your quadriceps and hamstrings. To perform this exercise you will need a barbell.
Place barbell on the back of your shoulders. Stand with your feet wide apart. Toes are pointed out.
When bending the knee lower your body to the side of angled foot. Keep the opposite leg only slightly bent. Return to starting position and lower your body to the other side.
Inhale as you lower your body and exhale as you return to starting position.
