This exercise is great for your shoulders. To perform this exercise you will need one dumbbell and flat bench or a chair.

Lie chest on a bench. Place dumbbell in one hand. Your elbow is slightly bent and palm is positioned forward.

Slowly raise your upper arm to your side until your elbow is shoulder height. Your upper arm forms 90 degree angle with your torso throughout the exercise. It is important to maintain the palm positioned forward. Return to starting position and repeat.<
