This exercise is great for your shoulders and your traps. To perform this exercise you will need dumbbells.  

Stand and grasp the dumbbells with your arms to the side, palms facing sides of thighs. Your feet are flat on the floor, shoulder width apart.

Pull dumbbells to sides of ribs with your elbows leading. Wrist should be flexible as you raise the dumbbells upward. Slowly lower to starting position and repeat.
