This exercise is great for your shoulders and also for your biceps and lats. To perform this exercise you will need a barbell.
Slightly bend your knees while keeping your back straight. Grasp the bar with a wide grip, wider than the shoulder width, and bend over the bar.
Your upper arms form 90 degree angle with your torso. With a wide grip pull barbell toward your neck until your upper arms are parallel to the floor. Return to starting position and repeat.
