This exercise is great for your shoulders and your triceps. To perform this exercise you will need dumbbells.
Stand relaxed with your feet shoulder width apart. Lock your legs and hips. Raise both dumbbells to shoulder height, and keep both your elbows and palms facing in.
Press and push up dumbbells to shoulder height, and then slowly return slowly to starting position. Do not move hips and legs throughout the exercise.
Inhale when pressing dumbbells to shoulder height. Ex
