Some people still like to use the oval-shaped, or teardrop implant, that has less on top, more on the bottom. I no longer use them because in order to keep them from rotating, they must be textured. And when you texture an implant, it completely—I have found—causes an increase in the risk of capsular contraction, firmness of the breast. So I developed an implant, and the manufacturing process was complicated such that it would be textured on only one size, and not on the smooth, front surface. T
