This exercise is great for developing stronger triceps. To perform it you will need a flat bench or a chair and a barbell.

Sit at the end of a flat bench or on a chair. Place feet on the floor, approximately 15 inches apart. Hold barbell with hands and approximately 8 inches apart. Raise barbell overhead to arm’s length.

Elbows and upper arms should not move. From starting position when lower the bar behind head until forearms touch biceps, and then return.
