i masterbate every alternate day. my local doctor says that i should absolutely discontinue it right now. i am 22 now and practicing this when i was 15. i failed to get rid of it. having depression. plz help me out of this

masturbation is clinically shown to reduce levels of stress in a person, why is it your doctor told you to stop? it has no adverse effects on your health.
