when i go to the loo to urinate, the urine feels hot and after i wipe i find traces of blood on the tissue. please help.

ALOT Of Blood When Urinating

I am a 16 year old female, and I'm still a virgin. A couple of days ago, I went to the bathroom to pee, then my bladder randomly started to hurt. Now when I pee, my bladder hurts terribly when the last drops come out and ALOT of blood comes out. I'm kind of scared. Help?

hands tingle when bladder is full

For about a year now, when my bladder becomes full, my right hand begins to tingle and the tingling becomes increasingly uncomfortable until I empty my bladder. My doctor has never heard of this, but says it may be related to my diabetes in some way. Has anyone ever heard of this condition before?
