ACL and meniscus surgery, my knee is clicking and locking

Hi everyone, I had meniscus and acl surgery about a month ago. Everything is going well except my knee is clicking and locking. I know it's normal for it to click but while I'm walking it locks up and I have to slowly bend it and it loosens up. Is this normal?
