Lump on the back of my neck.... what could it be?

Hi. I have this lump on the back of my neck, at the bottom of my hairline. Its about an inch away from my ear on the right side. Ive had it for about a month or so, and when it started out, it was sort of large. Now its smaller but its still there. Does anyone have ANY idea what it could be? :-(
