shoe insert recommendations for leg length discrepancies?

I've always turned my right foot in and kicked my right leg out to the side a little as I ran. If I pay attention to my form, I can keep this down to a slight pronation. In highschool, my doctor gave me heel inserts that also had some arch support, but I really didn't like running with them. I...

Answered by a doctor

I was running on the treadmill at lunch today and my shins are usually a little touchy for the first part of the run but settle down and let me go about my business after the first mile or so. So today my shins decided to cramp (?) and I had to stop after 2 miles. It was the weirdest feeling....

What's the strangest thing you've found while running ?

Answered by a doctor

It seem appropriate for my first posting here the word "strange" would be in the title. Anyway... What is the strangest thing you have found while running ? Some of my running friends have found good CDs, wrenches and other tools. For my part, the strangest thing I found was a latex (you...

What time of the day do you like to run?

What time of day do you LIKE to run??? I didn't say the time run, but like to run? I'm more nocturmal and always have been. I'd rather set out at 10pm than 6am when I run. However, it never feels quite as safe to be outdoors when I do that. Most of my runs start around 7pm or so. Just...
