Hi, Wondering if anyone can give me some advice. I keep getting pain in the side of my foot everytime I exercise. It's not too bad when running or on a cross trainer. It hurts but it's bareable. What some good excercises to treat or get rid of achilles tendinitis? I stretch my legs well. But I always feel the achilles tendon in the morning. It feels like something that will be my companion until old age... Any suggestions appreciated.

Single calf raises - is there a better way to support the weight?

I've gotten to where I can't hold a dumbell in my hand when I do single calf raises because it weighs too much. Is there a better way to support the necessary weight and still be to balance myself on one foot?

Will weight workouts with low reps (6-8) hinder my running?? or the inverse = will high reps (10-15) enhance my running? I don't run to lose weight but to stay fit and w/out my legs

Is lifting twice a week enough?
