Hi,
Wondering if anyone can give me some advice. I keep getting pain in the side of my foot everytime I exercise. It's not too bad when running or on a cross trainer. It hurts but it's bareable. It hurts more when pedalling so ive avoided cycling. Then I went to spinning last week and it hurt that much I thought I would have to stop. The left one wasn't unbareable but the right one absolutely killed. It's like a burning ache with pins and needles. But the burning feeling is the worst. It's all down the side of my foot not the arch. I've tried changing my trainers but it hasn't worked. Any ideas why it's happening or what I can do?
Thanks in advance

i have no arch at all wat so ever and i have orthodicts rite now...but if these dont work i will have to get a surgey where they put screws in my feet....so try to avoid going to the foot doc for as long as you can...but ummmmmmm......if u start running and they hurt stop...and rest ....get different shoes....and if they still hurt...go home and put ice on them for like 10 minutes...then switch to heat ( heating pads) for 10 minutes...and just keep altenating...thats what my foot doctor told me to do !! And if this doesnt work idk wat will

hope this works !!!
