What some good excercises to treat or get rid of achilles tendinitis? I stretch my legs well. But I always feel the achilles tendon in the morning. It feels like something that will be my companion until old age...

Any suggestions appreciated.

Heel drops are the gold standard for achilles tendinopathy strengthening. Just stand on a step with the toes on the step and heel off the back. Lower the heels down keeping the knees straight. If you can dot his on one leg and then use both legs to return to the start position (on tip toes).
It could be other things as well or instead of tendinopathy, possibly bursitis?
Heel pain can be caused by a number of factors.
