enlarged right kidney

I've been having pain in my abdoman under the right breast near my ribs. I had an ultrasound of my abdoman and it showed an enlarged r kidney. My doc then sent me to have a ct with contrast. It has shown an enlarged r kidney. Blood tests are normal, creatine is good. What could this be?

Hello! I have friend which has kidney stones and I am very concerned for her. She does not like to talk about her condition, but I can see when she has terrible pains. She stopped with her treatment few months ago. I want to know can you die from having kidney stones. I am thanking you in advance!
