When you are hungry just before a run do you eat or not?

but want to run, do you eat something and wait a while? Or do you just run while hungry? Or do you eat while you run, thinking you're a great multitasker? (I did this until I got tomato soup in my eye.)

Do i patch or replace my flat tire?

Do you typically patch the tube or just get a new one when you get a flat? And at what point should I change the tire? I've got maybe 900 miles on it and there's some small cuts - on some website they said as long as the cuts are under 1/4", it's fine. :shrug:

Should I shave my legs again?

My (probably) final duathlon of the year is coming up on Sunday and I'd really like to do well in this race. The only time I've ever shaved my legs (for a race or otherwise), I placed 4th OA in a duathlon. Do you think it's worth it to shave again?
