Why does my stomach hurt?

For a few months now I've been having stomach pain/ bloating, lower back pain, frequent urination and what seems like some kind of infection in my bladder but my doctor said it didn't seem to be infected. Anyone know what this could be??

abdominal twitching and jiggling between navel and lower rib

for the last couple of years on and off for a day or two at a time i have experienced a jiggling sesation in my upper abdomen as if there was something inside " ie parasite " it is visible from the outside and can be felt it is in no way painful anyone have any ideas
