Dec 16 2013 I had neck surgery. I returned to work march 2014. I still had alot of pain from my surgery. Then End of March the doctor put me on some predisone which helped.  July 5,  I couldn't work because of increase pain, pain in my shoulder that radiated down my arm. I was taken off work for 3 more months. My next doctor visit he wanted to take me off work for 6 more months. WHATTTTTT, I was taken off for three more months and had a MRI, and a cortisone injection. The short point is I still have a pinched nerve that is causing alot of pain in my neck and radiating down my arm. I was told I wouldn't be able to do my job any more unless I had a desk job. How many of us have a job that they love and make decent money. I don't know what to do. I frustrated. I can manage he pain if I am a couch potato But i ate sitting on the couch doing nothing. I moved to a new state which believes any body who has chronic pain is a addict. I just want to be a workalolic and be back at the gym. What options do I have now?
