Hi,
I heard that vitamin B5 is actually an acid and that is why is dangerous in large amounts. I take about 10 mg of B5 every day because my acne and also eat yoghurt and diary products. Does B5 dangers me?

Pantothenic acid is a vitamin, which can only be acquired by consuming foods with B-5. B-5 is available through many foods consumed daily, but a deficiency is still very possible (cooking decreases vitamin B5 in food). That is why people take supplements for B5.
You are asking for dangers from B5? There are no dangers or risk of consuming high amounts of vitamin B-5. B5 is water soluble, so the body does not easily absorb it easily.
