I am 21 years old. I was born without testicles too. At the age of 15 I started taking testosterone by shots, after two years I finally got a transplant. Today the testosterone had helped me a lot, because I am grateful to be 100% male. I have sex like any other guy. One thing is that Drs told my parents I wouldn't spill sperm, which is not true at this time. I got a test of my sperm and people from the laboratory told me to do it one more time because they couldn't find any positive results and I decided not to go again. Maybe with the envelope of technology noways Drs are able to do something for this kind of case, so I can have children. If anybody can help me I would really appreciate.

It says all over this website transplants are impossible! Where did you have this done? What were the risks explained? My son is almost 10 and was also born without testicles.

dont think its impossible. read an ezperiment were it was done with mice. it worked but the sperm was that or the doner. so, if you had a kid by this method he wouldnt be part of you.

i might should back up on what i just said. if a boy was born without any then i would think that other parts are missing too such as the tubes that connect them. in this case i dont know if it would be possible unless they prhaps take the needed parts from the donor

Kids are vastly over-rated...The first few years they are precious, then they start talking back, become know-it-alls and develop serious attitudes. After 20 years of your total dedication they leave you and then you get to start all over with the grandkids....If I had to do it over again........I wouldn't..!!
