I had blood work done on my testosterone, and they told me my levels were normal and that it was 1000. I'm not sure if this was free or whatever testosterone it was, but I'm only 5'4 and 115 lbs, and 1000 just seemed really high for me to be feeling and having symptoms like this. Could it be possible somehow that through stress and depression (I've had for years), or perhaps a poor diet, that my body has too much testosterone and the testicles are not producing it anymore? I have also been constipated since December, and I go very sporadically now. I have never had something like this in my entire life. I struggle very intensely to have a movement and even when it has been soft (almost like diarhea) something has still felt wrong about how hard I've had to push. Could this be because my PC muscle has become so weak that I don't have enough strength to push? Could the constipation be connected to the testicle/pc muscle issue if so?
One last thing. I've noticed that after some sessions of masturbation, often long ones, I have to urinate after and my urine has been cloudy. My semen is usually semi-clear and not very white when this happens. I tested by urinating into a bottle and when the cloudiness settled, I determined the majority of my sperm was in there, so I've come to the conclusion i have retrograde ejaculation. Diabetes runs in my family, but when I had blood work done, they told me all my levels were normal. I also want to add that during the midst of this shrinking issue, I had bouts where I was urinating very often but in smaller amounts. Since then, the situation seems to have gotten better, but I'm not sure because I might have become used to how often I urinate now.
I'm sorry for this being so long, but the bottom line is that my testicles have shrunk a good amount, as well as my PC muscle from what I can tell, yet my testosterone levels are "normal", even possibly high. How is this so? The doctors have all blown me off and said there's nothing to be worried about, but it's my body and this has been a significant change. Could it be prostate related? A precursor to some condition or disease I'm developing? I'm only 21 and these body changes are affecting my mind and my confidence. Also, since early June, I have been sleeping extremely poorly and even when I'm very tired I can't fall asleep until 4-5am every night, sometimes even 7am. This is likely due to my anxiety/depression thinking about this matter but I feel like there is a physical change that is out of my control. Could all of these things possibly be related to some matter the doctors haven't identified yet? I feel like I'm dying or degrading and no one has been able to give me an answer, and it is extremely scary.

Hey, seeing as how there hasn't been any recent activity, you probably won't see this or care anymore for that manner. I'm the same age as you and don't know as much about the muscles and possible conditions. However, I do know about health & fitness. Consider yourself at the peak of your natural testosterone production as it will start to decrease in just a few years from now. 1000 is not that high of a level, pretty standard. I would definitely look at your diet and add fiber in there to help with your digestive problems. If anything I believe your abdominal muscles do more of the pushing (small intestine), more so than your scrotum muscle...
If you were thinking too much test was making them shrivel up like bodybuilders (Or anyone else for that matter) who use abuse steroids, this would not be the case. That happens due to supplementation of anabolic steroids mostly in the form of testosterone treatments. Your body becomes aware that it is being injected with test. and therefore your testes stop producing there normal amounts of test, etc. because there doesn't seem to be a need for them to do so at that point.
Hope this somewhat helped; if not then at least you know a little more.

Hey man. First sorry for my bad English. You just describe my life in past 7 months. All started with some pain in left testicle. After that i got gynecomastia. Two months later i got other symptoms. I start losing muscles, my body becomes so soft(i was bodybuilder but never used steroids) . After that my erections becomes weaker. I went to urologist and had ultrasound test and all was good except that cyst on left testicle. I 've done hormone test:
TESTOSTERONE: 20. 16 nmol/l normal: 6.07-27.10
LH : 3.99 Normal: 0.10- 6.00
FREE TESTOSTERONE 5.90 normal: 2.60- 9.79
Estradiol: < 20.00 normal: < 56
After this test 5 mounts past and nothing change. I have all symptoms of low testosterone. I don't know what to do anymore. Did u found out what happened with u? I lost all hope, i had fcking awesome life before this happens. Now i lost all hope.... I am probably kill myself...

I had very similar problems after testicular torsion damaged my testicles and then I had almost the same problems you guys mention below. My Dr.s blew me off and claimed it was all in my head too, until my medical tests came back showing real damage and I got gynocomastia too from a big disruption in my male hormones from my damaged balls no putting out my hormones like normal for a while. My hormones got back to normal with time and healing. My different problems are getting better with time and more healing. Dr.s didn't offer me much help or treatment and don't seem to know much about male sex organs when they get damaged. But they do take a long time to heal and repair and stop hurting bad. The dr.s checked my sperm numbers and my testosterone and other male hormone levels with tests. All those started getting back to normal with more healing time. I hope this helps someone.
