I'm 15 years old and have lived with this "thing" for as long as i can remember. I'm not sure if this is an undescended testicle or not. My right testicle doesn't hang as low as my left, but not just by a small amount, by almost a quater of an inch, or maybe half an inch. And it looks significantly larger as well. I'm nervous that it may be undescended although from the research i have done, it seems that undescended testicle's are almost not visible at all, and the scrotum is empty, but i can see both my testicles clearly and there not way up inside my body. Also on the same testicle, there seems to be what looks almost like a clump, but maybe its the epididymis.. I'm unsure what to do. can you give me advice because I'm to shy to seek a doctor or go to my parents for help right now. :-( ?

Sounds like help from a GP might be essential now. Although you might be young, any adnormalities shall be immediately checked.

Don’t worry so much just yet. It is natural for one testicle to hang lower and be larger or smaller than the other. The clump may be something to ask about but feel around and make sure that it is not the epidermis before you make a trip into town for the doc, if you do, get an ultrasound.
