Hi there I just find out that my son born with out balls he is only 4yers and I been told. His gone have 3 operation I can't stop crying anyone have this experience and what is the side effects

Are they undescended or just not there at all?
Testicles produce testosterone. Without testosterone he won't develop secondary sexual characteristics. He won't develop body/facial hair and his voice won't change.
As he gets older he can be given hormones so that he will develop normally.
Testicles also produce sperm. He may be able to ejaculate but can not father a child.
Talk to your doctor.
