I just had a look of a picture of bullous pemphigoid pemphigus. That is some serious disease! But how does it happen? And to whom does it happen? How is it treated? How commom is it? As you understand from my questions, I want to know everything about the disease after seeing that awful picture!

I wonder how you came across that?!? Any way, to answer your question, bullous pemphigoid pemphigus is an autoimmune disease that attacks the skin in different ways, most notably causing the blisters you must have seen a photo of. It mostly happens to old people, and it's treated with steroids and prednisone. Hope that clarifies things :)
