Hi, I am suffering from migraine attacks. When it starts it is like somebody is sticking nails into your head. Pain is constant. I have been using Compazine but it didnt work too well. I have tried Marinol and it works (after an hour or so). But every time I use it I feel tired. Can I die from Marinol?

Well I would not go so far. There are some side effects that could appear like weakness, vomiting, mood changes, behavior changes, dizziness etc. Also if you have overdose yourself there can be some effects like fast heartbeat, difficulty urinating, memory changes; but it would need a lot to take to die from it. So dont be afraid and follow doctors or pharmacist instructions and everything will be OK.
