cap.nervigen p is prescribed for post cervical laminectomy patient,what is nervigen p

I had cervical laminectomy done four months back.my both palms,fingers are numb and tingling,when i get up from bed both arms and legs go stiff for a while.i use cervical collor while walking,or while in the car.i mentioned the symptoms to the doctor who operated on me,and he adviced to take cap.nervigen twice a day, tab.liofen 10mg twice a day.please let me know what are these medication do for me?thank you
