I'm glad others are experiencing this too, especially ones that have already seen a urologist and are desease or cancer free. Now that I think of it and sadly I never have before reading this but I drink a lot of sprite.... I mean a lot of sprite, some days i'll drink an entire 2L by myself. lumpy sperm can be related to steroid use. because there is more testostirone going through ur system when on steroids it increases the amount of sperm, but not enough liquid to water it down. hope this helps some of you.

get it checked by a dr if you havent already although it may only be vericosule ?sp? which is vericose style veins which is nothing to worry about, they tend to feel like a string of worms all bunched up together. if its a hard lump def. get to a dr and get it looked at as the earlier the better but I still suggest if it is just the worm sack feeling still go see a Dr.
