You say people eat doughnuts regularly for breakfast? I think I'd be sick, way too much sugar that early in the day. Always a nice treat though, I'll eat them once every few months.

I'm quite proud to have cut soda or fizzy pop as we call it (don't you think fizzy pop sounds better :-P ) out of my diet completely and I do feel better for it. The good old water just keeps you better hydrated.


Overall though, I think a bit of everything in moderation is alright :-D
