Me and my boyfriend have been having sex for a while now & were having a pregnancy scare. We used a condom then he pulled out and busted , then we went for round two. The condom did not break in me but when he took it off it ripped. Could the condom overflow? We are under age! Please help!!!! My parets cannot know!

When you say your bf "busted" when he withdrew, are you saying that he then came or ejaculated IN the intact condom... or,
are you that the condom ripped AFTER removal?
As long as he washed up, or recovered his entire penis with a new, fresh condom and never touched wet ejaculate to your sex organs, you should be fine.
If you are not properly lubricated, using water-based lubricant can make the whole experience easier. But if you used any oil based lub, vasoleen, or petroleum jelly as a lubicant, the condom will instantly have been weakened, which might explain the tearing or bursting.
If the condom tore, after he withdrew and the ejaculate was not within you, you might be alright. As long as he left the condom completely on and fully unrolled, and left a small deflated sack or tip to accept the ejaculate in the tip, it probably did not overflow.
