Hi Maria,
You've missed two periods? In May and June?
Retest. It has nothing to do with your "blood." When you do test be sure to do it using your first morning urine for best accuracy. It's not the quantity of urine that matters it's how "thick" it is (dark).
Keep us poste.

Medic Dan
Well I had gone to the doctor before and he told me it has to do with my hormones and that they cause give me hormons or birth control my parents said neither and my mom had problems during her pregnancy due to blood and low hormons and something else but I will retest and what happens if that one is negative and I still don't get it

Low hormones can cause you not to have your period.
Your doctor needs to determine what is going on. Sometimes medications are used to help regulate your periods. Blood work is required. I'd suggest you see an Endocrinologist.
FYI, they will not change the outcome of a pregnancy test as those hormones are made by the fetus and not your body.

Take another home test.
Cramping and back aches are not specific to pregnancy (other things can cause them too).
