Cracked and peeling foreskin

The foreskin on my penis ahs been cracking for around a month now. Ive been using the same soap for a long time, but I decides to change. That didnt help either. What should I do?

If you're overweight and or predisposed for diabetes. Get checked out for that before anything.

If that's ok , maybe taking antibiotics? Having sex with someone that has a yeast infection?

You more than likely have Hyperglycemia. I had exactly the same problem along with being extremely tired and feeling really run down, My diabetes came on very suddenly. as in one day I was fine and a week later I thought I was dying so it was pretty easy to pick up. If you are older then you would probably have type 2 which develops over a couple of years and because of this goes undetected for some time until it's too late and you have kidney problems and heart disease etc etc. Another question is how fast do you recover from infections and how long does it take you wounds to heal?? All of these are indicators of the condition. My advice would be to get to a Doctor or clinic tell them your concern and don't worry about showing them anything down below, make sure this is roughly 3-4 hours after eating or drinking anything.If you are diabetic the take your meds and keep your numbers down and the complications should ease rather substantialy and take it from there. If it turns out that you are not diabetic then go and see a urologist. Post the outcome here, I'm interested to see.

yes im diebitic drink alcohol my body hot.yes after 2 year bck if i drink alcohol i eat chicken or egg fried fish.yes drink my midicene diabitic,regular. im married 15 years. 2 days sex my wife after my penis cracked peeling foreskin no pain no itching nothing.? im ok but wonder what is the coz of my deabitic? but long time if i eat pure vegetbles nothing .i take daily my midinece regular. if me drink ,coffee or milk tea why my body hot? then i eat chili or eat much sweet.stop use soap liguid soap dettlo. now i drink lot of water all the time thanks much.thaks much .

Have a blood test. Your blood sugar level is very likely to be over 7. High blood sugar level causes small blood vein to crack. Get drug such as Metformin from your doctor.

You could nix the soap altogether and use warm water (not hot). Also, after your shower, use a penis lotion like Man1 Man Oil to moisturize the skin.
