I'm 54 and have been on antidepressants for about 15 years. I had a long running success with Wellbutrin for about 8 years. I started 30 mg of Cymbalta about 8 months ago. The first thing I noticed was I didn't have the constant backaches I had become so accostomed to. A few months later I was taken by complete surprise and got laid off. Fell into a pretty deep depression, but who wouldn't? I'm just not sure I ever came out of it. So I started 60 mg about 3 weeks ago. I don't think I feel any better or worse. I've gained a lot of weight the past 8 months and I'm tired most of the time. Oh yeah, then there's the profuse sweating. Do hot flashes go on for hours?

Anybody out there feeling similar?
