So I'm trying to decide what birth control would be best for me. I have pmdd, so I was looking at yaz, but it seems that effects alot of women negatively, and causes the same symptoms it's supposed to cure. The concerns me. I've taken depo and had adverse reactions already. Mood swings, complete loss of sexual drive...but other then that it was wonderful. No period, and obviously no pregnancy. Any suggestions on where I could look for more research on birth controls, personal experiences, etc? Any help is appreciated. My husband and I are tired of using condoms mixed with spermicide.
