hey guys! i found this website after looking up symptoms people felt after stopping a birth control which they had an adverse reaction to. I became depressed on ortho-tri-cyclen and had to stop taking them. I decided to completely go off of birth control forever after 5 years of taking oral contraceptives. I became anxious, the depression worsened, and intrusive thoughts have made me full of guilt shame and feeling like i am not the same person a month ago. I decided to go on wellbrutin to help ease the anxiety and see a therapist. Im taking it day by day trying to stay positive and put my faith in God to get me through this.
