No, that's not true. What causes the thought of not wanting sex is how 'wet' we are is usually indicative to wanting or feeling sexy enough for sex. A good lubricant helps and if it should happen, then you are on the wrong pills or dose and need to go back to see your doctor, I had a hysterectomy last year with that as one of my fears and I have not any problems at all.
