Last night while having sex, the condom fell off inside me without either of us noticing. Because we weren't aware of it falling off he came inside me. Although I got the condom out, I'm wondering if I should take the Plan B pill since I'm on birth control. Any comments or suggestions please?

If you are taking your birth control, as directed, then you do NOT need any emergency contraceptive (Plan B).
In fact, I strongly recommend that you do NOT take it. It contains a very large dose of hormones and is intended for emergencies only. Since you are on birth control, you are protected and it is not an emergency.

Ideally you'd take it at the exact same time, a few hours either way isn't much of an issue.
Alcohol doesn't change the effectiveness of birth controls.
