ONCE AGAIN Cold turkey
I need someone who went thru this and is better to tell me how long it took you. I am doing omega 3, vitamin water, and benadryl

we'll no one helped me out with an answer, so I hope I can help someone in the future. Its been 10 days cold turkey and I am about 90 percent back to normal. It was basically at least 4-5 days of pure hell, the only thing that remains is the occasional head zap now and then mostly in the morning and early evening. I went thru EVERY SIDE AFFECT MENTIONED ON THIS SITE! Everyone around me was very concerned and wanted me to go to the doctor for more meds or something to ease the withdrawal but I refused. I do not recommend this unless you have a loving wife/children to mentally support you. Strong thoughts of suicide were swimming thru my head the ONLY THING that kept me going is the fight for them had I been a single guy with nothing to lose things may have ended differently. But I am very happy to report nearly symptom free after 10 days!!! So if your going thru this hang in there you will find light at the end of the tunnel. Its a little hard to manage ups and downs but that's life and deal with knowing your med free. Take a moment to think about everything before speaking or reacting to all of those around you and you will be fine. Remember stay strong. I found the cocktail of benydrel-viteman water- omega 3 helped some but very vigorous exersize was the best for me.
