I guess the first thing would be to remain calm. If it is a long bone (arms or legs), you would have to immobilize it so that it does not move until you get him to the doctor. If there is bleeding, it would have to be prevented with a clean cloth for example, or a bandage, if you have one. The rest is up to the doctors.
