Okay I have been on aviane for 6 months now. I have never experienced break threw bleeding or spotting when I wasn't on the placebo week. However, this month during the second week of the active pill I had spotting. I could only notice it when I wiped. As well as some cramps. Me and my boyfriend do not use condoms but he never ejaculates in me. And the only time I had sex this month was a few days after my period on the active pill. Is this normal? Could it be a pregnancy symptom? Please help thank you.
