Gah, I need info about missing pills and pregnancy

GF missed two pills in a row- took them 1hr after the 2nd would have been late. Kinda made me nervous, 5 days later she had her normal femal symptoms and had her period. She had not got right back on to her pills after her period. So she is waiting to have her period for this month to start over. We have had sex since she has been off, but no I have no even come close to ejaculating inside her, always finish with head or masturbation. Also, yes I know pre-cum can have it's own small % to get someone pregnant but I don't really pre-cum and if I am it is a TINY amount. I have had sex with girls in the past and they have missed pills have not been on pills etc and never got them pregnant O_O, now here is my delema...

My gf should have started (in accordance with what her pills have had her do) this past week/weekend. What are my chances she is pregnant vs her body adjusting (dropping the pills all together after missing two and double dossing them at the very end)

I've read and responded to many comments here and now find myself in a prediciment that I would generally respond to. My thought is Preg > Horomones Out'a Wack. But since right now I'm more so blinded with the stress of her possibly being so.... I'm not thinking to straight?

Any help guys/gals on the facts of the horomone interaction of the pill with my situation and the possibilties that lay before me??
